This training session is designed to help players hit the ground running for their spring school season. Whether you are a newer player looking to make your school’s varsity team for the first time or an experienced player hoping to become an All-American, this session will help you take your game to the next level just in time for the spring season. Advanced stick skill and footwork drills — as well as small-sided competitions — will give players the technical edge to help them accomplish their goals this spring. â€‹

things to know 

  • Age Group: This training opportunity is open to players in grades 6-12.

​

  • Schedule: This session will start Saturday, February 1st and end on Saturday, March 8th (5 weeks).  Eight (8) 60-minute training sessions will be offered each week, and players will choose any 2 or 3 sessions each week depending on her chosen training package. I firmly believe that a player should commit to at least 2 training sessions per week to truly benefit from this program. For the players who want the best possible preseason preparation, there is the opportunity to train 3 days a week.  â€‹â€‹

  • Pricing: The cost for 10 sessions ( 2 per week for 5 weeks) is $575. The cost for 15 sessions (3 per week for 5 weeks) is $750.

  • Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, a cancellation notification will be sent at least an hour before that day's session.

​​

  • Weekly Updates and Signup Genius: To keep the session size manageable, advance registration will be done each week via Signup Genius. A link will be emailed the Wednesday before each training week. The weekly sign-ups are first-come, first-served and limited to 22 players.

Practice Location: Bloomfield Turf Rentals (the old Sports Garage next to Stinson Mellor at 782 Denison Ct, Bloomfield Township)

Practice Times:​

  • Mondays: 4:00-5:00 PM,  5:00-6:00 PM 

  • Tuesdays: 4:00-5:00 PM,  5:00-6:00 PM 

  • Thursdays: 4:00-5:00 PM,  5:00-6:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 3:00-4:00 PM

  • Sundays: 3:00-4:00 PM
